Description

Online thermometer with mobile app, temperature alarm and remote thermostat with the following functions.
- Temperature measurement in real time, i.e. the current temperature measured by the external thermometer probe connected to it is continuously sent to the users' phone.
- Sends an alarm notification via "Push notification" message with an acoustic signal to the user's phone if the set (upper/lower) temperature threshold is exceeded. The alert sound is continuous, repeating until a user acknowledges the notification on their phone. 
- Automatic thermostat function which can be set to COOL and HEAT and the function can be enabled or disabled remotely.
- Sending a change of contact input from 2 independent inputs to the mobile application or to a monitoring receiver.
- Sending of remote monitoring alarms according to SIA DC-09 standard with unique event code when alarm temperature threshold is exceeded and reset.

Description

UNIO4 is a modern IP-based signalling and control device for monitoring and controlling stand-alone equipment that has a contact input or contact output for control or status information.
The device sends notifications to the user's smartphone when the status of the inputs changes and also provides the possibility to send events to monitoring station.
Remote operation of output relays is also possible via control from the app. 
As it uses both WIFI and mobile network connections for communication, it provides reliable signalling and stable, fast control. A big advantage is that the device sends a confirmation of the control of the output relays to the user, so that it is 100% visible that the switching has actually taken place.

The contact events can be transmitted to both the user's smartphone and the monitoring station, making the device suitable as a remote monitoring communicator for systems where few, but up to 4 types of signals need to be distinguished, e.g. fire alarm systems.

Another interesting feature is the ability to provide remote programming for smart devices with a serial port (e.g. PLC or fire alarm panel), such that the remote machine own monitoring program is transparently connected to the serially connected terminal device.
